Danielle Beauparlant Moser is a career strategist with more than sixteen years experience coaching clients in need of career development or career management expertise. She is a Founder and Managing Partner of Blended Learning Team, LLC, a Career Services Firm. She has been affiliated with all three major international career services firms and several high-quality national boutique operations since 1992. Since 2001, Danielle has been a pioneer in the delivery of career development and management services in a virtual environment. She’s coached clients both nationally and internationally.
Her experience in Career Development & Management began in Europe in the early 1990s. Later she managed a career center for a major outplacement firm in partnership with Lockheed Martin; the center served more than 2200 clients. She’s has been successful designing and delivering courses and coaching to clients from broad range of occupations in various industries. Those include: Biotech & Pharmaceutical; Healthcare; Manufacturing; High Technology; Telecommunications; Financial Services & Banking; Energy, Oil, Gas & Utilities; Automotive & Engineering; Aerospace; Retail; Insurance; Agriculture; and Federal & State Government Agencies.
Danielle’s background includes experience in Organizational Development & Effectiveness. She drove an organizational culture-change effort linked to workforce retention and engagement for a 45,000+ employee corporation. She also has experience in Training & Development, Instructional Design, Staff Development, and P&L Management.
In addition, she holds a Masters of Science in Education / Human Resource Development from The University of Southern Maine, a Bachelors Degree in Business / Marketing from Providence College in Rhode Island, and has completed Doctoral-level coursework in Leadership at the University of San Diego. Certifications include: MBTI®, Management Research Group’s (MRG) Strategic Leadership Development (LEA), Strong Interest Inventory, Career Anchors, Strengths Deployment Inventory (SDI), and a variety of proprietary corporate programs.
