We realize that investing in career coaching can be an expensive undertaking, but we feel so strongly that it is a necessary ingredient to really taking control of your career, and getting to where you want to be, that we’ve come up with a few options that might be helpful. During the Complimentary Consultation, we’ll work with you to customize a coaching strategy that fits your life, your schedule and your budget!
Individual Coaching: This is probably the most common, and for good reason. With one-to-one coaching you get a private session with your coach, to discuss specific needs and concerns as well as ‘homework’ and suggested next steps. This is most helpful to folks who need a more methodical approach allowing you to focus on the next steps rather than the entire overwhelming process. This is also most appropriate for executives looking for more specific discussions and strategies. We offer face-to-face coaching in selected areas; all other coaching is conducted via the telephone or through on-line meeting programs. Coaching can be face-to-face, phone based or a combination of both. A three-month commitment is suggested and offered at a discounted rate. We offer the following one-to-one coaching options:

“Job Share” Coaching
Just like job sharing is one alternative work option that allows co-workers the opportunity to customize their work and add some flexibility; we offer a split coaching package that allows you to share the costs with a friend or colleague. Teaming up together is not just a way to cut the costs of coaching, but it creates an ‘accountability buddy’ to help you stay focused and productive outside of the coaching sessions. (50-minutes) - (Note: Session cannot be broken into parts)
“Pen Pal” Coaching
Are you the sort of person who likes to get answers ‘on demand?’ If you don’t want to wait for your next coaching session, but have a specific quick question or two for your coach; why not include the “Pen Pal” Coaching add-on to your coaching package. Option sold in conjunction with CAMPAIGN READINESS PACKAGES. Restrictions apply, but this is a great way to enhance your individual coaching session.
Methods & Motivation Support Groups
Our clients tell us that one of the biggest obstacles they face in any career management or transition work they take on is lack of structure and accountability. Some weeks they don’t really need a private coaching session, but they like to check in with a coach; hear tips and strategies from other clients and build a network of supporters. This weekly webinar (up to 60-minutes) is available in 6-session packages and does not have to be combined with a one-to-one coaching package; membership is based on coach’s recommendation. Minimum: 5 participants; Maximum: 10 participants.
Job Search Forums
Looking for some more in-depth information to tweak your project and improve your effectiveness. Then the Job Search Forum is the format for you. This 60 minute webinar is available in a monthly package (includes two forums per month). The sessions include a 20-minute presentation by a coach or expert in the field followed by a 40-minute participant Q&A. Maximum: 10 participants.
